When I started my company in 2006 it was called Calibre Search Group. When I decided to add services outside of recruiting such as speaking, writing, training, and consulting – the name no longer fit and I knew I needed to make a change.

Radiant Veracity was the name of my blog and people were clearly associating the name with me and my company, so it just made sense.
