I appreciate to Doug for a kind work.I am new in sales account manager.I dont know whether this is right place to ask an query or not but I hope I will surly get some idea of my question.My question is What is the best training for becoming a sales account manager? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective sales account manager?.Please share some review on this mater also.Thanks.

I speak from experience when I say Doug is an asset. He has brought plenty of extra value calling on all those clients in Georgia and bringing home the bacon for my region. Good luck Doug!
